What happens with your data after contacting us?
When you contact us through the contact form of our website or email us, we store your data for a period of 20 days, so that we can process your request as well as answer your subsequent questions. We will not share this information with third parties without your explicit consent!
Storing your data
For the performance of our contract we only store the data we need to fulfill our contractual or pre-contractual obligations. We do not provide this data to third parties, except:
- the bank that processes the payment and
- our accountant.
In case of an incomplete order, we delete the entered data. Upon completion of a contract and an executed contract on the basis of article 6, para. 1 (a) and (b) of the GDPR we shall keep all the details of the legal relationship until the expiration of the period provided in article 12 of the Accountancy Act, which is 10 years.
