Municipality of Smolyan

The project is implemented with the financial assistance of the European Territorial Cooperation Programme Greece-Bulgaria. Project partners are the Municipality of Smolyan and the Municipality of Alexandroupoli.

The project aims at the discovery of two new conference centers in the border region. They will offer modern educational technologies for online learning. The ultimate goal is improvement if the opportunities for the development of local human resources.
